Terms of service
The rules for using PalletPro. Version 2026-10-06. Last updated October 6, 2026.
Who we are
PalletPro is run by [Legal entity name], [Postal address] ("PalletPro", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using PalletPro you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use PalletPro.
Who can use PalletPro
PalletPro is a business tool. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you use PalletPro for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for that company. We close accounts that belong to anyone under 18 and delete their data.
Your account
Give us a real name and a working email address, and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. One person may hold one Free account; making several to get around plan limits is not allowed.
Load plans are guidance only
PalletPro builds stacking and loading plans from the sizes, weights, and rules you enter. A plan is guidance, not an engineering approval, a safety certification, or a carrier-compliance check. Before a pallet or container ships, you must check the plan against the real weights, the ratings of your pallets and containers, axle and weight limits, how the load is secured, and the rules of your carrier and of the roads and routes it will use. We do not promise that any plan is safe, legal, or suitable for a particular load, and we are not responsible for damage, injury, delay, or fines that follow from a load built or shipped using one.
Plans, billing, and renewal
Free is free. Paid plans are subscriptions, billed in advance each month at the price shown on the Plans page when you subscribe. Payments are handled by Stripe.
- Automatic renewal. A paid plan renews automatically each month, at the price then shown, until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime. Cancel in PalletPro under Plans → Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then moves to Free.
- No refunds for partial periods. We do not refund the part of a billing period you did not use, and we do not refund a renewal after it is charged. If we charge you by mistake, tell us and we will fix it.
- Price changes. We will email you before a price change takes effect on your plan. You can cancel before it does.
- Taxes. Prices are before any sales tax, VAT, or similar tax that applies to you; where it applies, it is added at checkout.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may move your account to Free until it is paid.
Your content
Your jobs, box sizes, and box lists are yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run PalletPro for you, including sending them to our stacking service for Auto-stack. How we handle them is described in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- break the law or use PalletPro to plan the shipment of unlawful goods;
- probe, scan, or test PalletPro's security, or get around its limits or plan checks;
- copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer PalletPro or its stacking service, or use it to build a competing product;
- overload the service with automated requests, or interfere with other people's use of it;
- share your account or resell access to it.
Our software
PalletPro, its design, and its stacking logic belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use PalletPro while your account is open. Open-source parts are used under their own licenses; see open-source licenses.
Availability and changes
We work to keep PalletPro running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or remove features, and we may change these terms. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, for paying customers, email you before it applies.
Ending your account
You can stop using PalletPro at any time and delete your account yourself under Profile → Account → Your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used to harm others, or is found to belong to someone under 18. What we delete, and what we keep, is described in the privacy policy.
No warranty
PalletPro is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, including that PalletPro is accurate, fit for a particular purpose, or non-infringing.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, lost data, damaged or lost goods, or shipping delays or fines. Our total liability for any claim relating to PalletPro is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim, or US$100 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, and then they apply only as far as the law permits.
Copyright complaints
PalletPro does not publish your content to other people. If you believe something on PalletPro infringes your copyright, write to us at hello@isodynamics.io with what you believe is infringed, where it is, and how to reach you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [State or province, country], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in [County, State or province] have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where the law of your home place gives you a right to sue there.
